Born and raised in Fort Collins, Amanda Hicks has always called Northern Colorado home. Now living in central Loveland, Amanda and her husband Dave enjoy life with their two young kids, Anna and Mason. If they are not busy enjoying time with their children – the home remodeling keeps them busy.
Years ago, Amanda discovered her passion for real estate and dove into the business with excitement. “I have not looked back since getting into real estate and it has become clear that I am now doing what I am meant to be doing. Each day allows me to meet wonderful people, embrace new challenges and have the joy of working hard and helping my clients to sell or purchase.” Amanda first worked with Coldwell Banker when beginning her career in real estate and was there for several years. “My growing client base and my passion to provide the best service and marketing forced me to begin searching for a company that allowed the freedom to offer a comprehensive approach to the modern real estate transaction. This search led me over to C3 Real Estate Solutions.” Amanda was one of the first 20 agents in the formation of this company that has grown to five offices across the Front Range. “I wanted to offer the best to my clients and in order to do that I had to join a brokerage that was the best. The marketing, oh…the creativity! The focus here was on customer service; right where it should be!” The rest is history. Amanda has since journeyed with C3 and her client base has grown exponentially shooting her into one of the top producers within the company. “I’ve been blessed – blessed to be doing what I love, and blessed to work with such amazing clients. I’ve enjoyed the success I’ve had but I know it’s only possible because satisfied buyers and sellers lead to referrals. My focus will remain on providing the best service and expertise – and because the true measure of success is in happy clients.”
